Over the past 25 years, Mentor Management Systems has been a leader in supporting youth and adult mentoring programs across California and the US. During this time, our nationally-recognized consultants have provided assistance to hundreds of mentoring efforts, big and small. MMS has extensive experience in supporting both one-to-one and group mentoring models, and since the onset of the pandemic, we have worked with organizations as they made the pivot to virtual mentoring services.
At MMS, we use research-based best practices to help organizations to develop or enhance their operational systems. In addition to training program personnel, MMS staff conducts Zoom workshops for mentors and mentees. MMS also uses time-saving templates to assist in the creation of program policies and procedures, and program forms.
Mentor Management Systems is a longtime collaborator and service provider for The California Mentoring Partnership, a non-profit organization that advocates for youth mentoring across the state.
